1 – Conditions for returning products

The Customer has a legal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of his order to notify Atelier Merfil of his intention to return the product and the reason for this return.

The return of the Product(s) must be made in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories and documentation, in perfect condition for resale, with the indication of the order number to which the products relate. The Product must be returned in packaging intended for this purpose, not allowing the identification of the product (postal parcel, bubble envelope, kraft paper, etc.).

Any Product that is damaged, incomplete, missing, or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged, and will be returned to the Customer. Atelier Merfil recommends that the Customer return the products with a tracking option, or even additional insurance, guaranteeing compensation up to their actual market value in the event of loss or theft.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

For custom creations, products (particularly rugs) cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a proven major defect.

2 – Reimbursement

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Atelier Merfil will reimburse the Customer for the amounts paid, without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs. The reimbursement will be made without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date of receipt of the returned products.

If the return of the product(s) is due to an error on the part of Atelier Merfil, the shipping and return costs will be fully reimbursed to the Customer.

3 – Cancellation

Beyond the withdrawal period, Atelier Merfil reserves the right to examine any request to cancel an order and to respond to it at its discretion.

If your order has already been shipped, we will ask you to return the products to us at your expense, following the instructions that will be communicated to you by email.
