1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Atelier Merfil and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via our website, in store or by direct order.

2. Products

The products offered are those featured on our website or in our communication materials, while stocks last. Each product is presented with a description that is as accurate as possible. Photographs are not contractually binding.

3. Orders

Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. An order is considered final after payment validation. For personalized or custom orders, a preliminary quote is provided and must be accepted before any production.

4. Rates

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Atelier Merfil reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is made in cash upon ordering, by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method specified at the time of sale. For custom orders, a deposit may be required.

6. Manufacturing and delivery times

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. For handcrafted creations, a specific manufacturing time may apply. Atelier Merfil undertakes to inform the customer of any significant delays. Delivery is handled by third-party service providers, and Atelier Merfil cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or custom-made products, in accordance with Article L221-28.

8. Return and refund

In case of withdrawal, products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned products. Please see this policy for details on return conditions.

9. Liability

Atelier Merfil cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. Atelier Merfil's liability is, in any event, limited to the amount of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Atelier Merfil website and creations (texts, photos, models, patterns, etc.) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, use, or distribution without written authorization is prohibited.

11. Protection of personal data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.

12. Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Atelier Merfil's registered office.
