Delivery & Returns

Delivery: Delivery times are 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery within France is free. Delivery is to your door and does not include installation.

Returns: After receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you comply with these conditions, you can send us a return request to the email address contact@ateliermerfil.com and we will inform you of the return procedure.
